Returns Policy

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Gelasis as much as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Just send us an email at gelasiszhao@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason why it didn't work out for you. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday for next step.

Before you start your return, here are a few things you need to know

Non Refund & Exchange Conditions

The following reasons are NOT COVERED by our 30-day

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund

6. Taxes and any other charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a confirmation of your return to the email address associated with your account. Once submitted, refunds will be transferred to your bank account in two to ten business days, which depends on your bank.
